Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2025

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how this Image & Signature Tools Suite (the "Service") processes images and related data when you use tools such as Image Resizer, Image Compressor, Image Cropper, Size Increase / Upscaler, Signature Optimizer, Signature Cropper, Signature Resizer, Signature Joiner, and other utilities available on the platform.

We are committed to a privacy-first, no-login, no tracking philosophy. Your images stay on your device and are processed client-side in your browser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect (Core Tools)

  • No login / account creation
  • No server-side storage of your images (processing remains in-browser)
  • No form submission of personal identity data (name, email, phone)
  • No advertising pixels (no retargeting, no behavioral ad profiling)
  • No sale or sharing of user data

3. Limited Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage (e.g., which tools are used most, approximate geography, device category). This helps prioritize improvements. All measurement is performed via GA4's standard client script.

  • IP Handling: GA4 automatically performs IP anonymization; we additionally pass anonymize_ip: true in initialization.
  • No Custom PII: We do not send names, emails, or file contents to Google.
  • Event Scope: Page views and basic engagement; no per-image content analysis.
  • Opt-Out: You may use browser extensions or network blocking (e.g., uBlock / Brave shields) to disable GA entirely.

If future legislation or internal policy changes require consent banners, a simple opt-in mechanism will be added before GA loads.

4. Client‑Side Image Processing

All tools (resizing, compressing, cropping, merging, signature background removal, optimization, transparency processing) operate using HTML Canvas and in-memory Blob URLs entirely within your browser session.

When you leave or refresh the page, object URLs are revoked and temporary references are cleared by normal browser memory cleanup behavior.

5. Temporary Data & Caching

The Service may rely on standard browser cache mechanisms (for static assets) and in-memory references (for your image blobs). We do not persist, transmit, or store your images externally.

If you download a processed image, that file is saved directly by your browser — not uploaded to us first.

6. Third‑Party Services

At present this Service does not intentionally embed third‑party tracking or advertising SDKs. If deployed through a hosting provider (e.g. Vercel), basic aggregated operational metrics (like request counts for static files) may exist on their infrastructure—but your images never leave the browser.

7. Security Practices

  • All processing is local: reduces attack surface
  • No server-side image retention
  • HTTPS recommended for deployment to prevent network tampering
  • Minimal external dependencies

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is general‑audience and does not target or knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to manipulate any images you upload or process. Avoid uploading sensitive content on shared or insecure devices.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements, new tools (e.g., AI-based enhancement, batch processing), or compliance adjustments. Material changes will be summarized on the Changelog page.

11. Contact

If you have questions or requests regarding this policy you can open an issue in the project repository or reach out via the contact method provided on the site (if available).
