The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) is working on a new proposal under which the data of candidates who reach the interview round in the UPSC Civil Services but are not selected will be shared with private and public sector companies.
The main objective of this is to give qualified candidates an opportunity to contribute to the country's economy so that their hard work does not go to waste.
