In a recent social media post addressed directly to UPSSSC aspirants, Yadav criticized the commission's practice of maintaining waiting lists instead of providing immediate employment to eligible candidates. He emphasized that the current system is causing immense distress to the youth who have been waiting for years to secure government jobs despite clearing their examinations.
