CAPF & Assam Rifles ASI Steno, HC Min Exam 2024 Rescheduled

The Border Security Force (BSF), acting as the nodal agency, has officially announced the rescheduling of the Written Examination (Computer Based Test) for recruitment to the posts of ASI (Steno/Combatant Steno) and HC (Min/Combatant Min) in CAPFs and Assam Rifles Exam-2024.

According to the official notice issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General Border Security Force (Recruitment Branch), the exam has been rescheduled due to recent unforeseen technical issues faced at a specific examination centre.

Key Highlights of the Rescheduling Notice:

Affected Centre: iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 1 and iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 2, Jaipur.
Originally Scheduled Dates: Exams scheduled for 2nd Sept (Shift 1, 2, 3) and 3rd Sept 2026 (1st Shift) have been postponed.
New Exam Date: The rescheduled exam for the above-mentioned candidates will now be held on 18th September 2026.

Change in Examination Centre for 3rd Sept (2nd Shift):

The notice further clarifies that there is no change in the date for the CBT exam scheduled on 3rd September 2026 (2nd Shift), except for a change in the examination venue. The exam for the 2nd Shift (01:00 PM – 02:40 PM) on 03/09/2026 will now be conducted at:

New Venue: Jaipur Engineering College, SP-43, RIICO Industrial Area, Delhi Road, Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302028.

Candidates affected by this change are advised to note that revised admit cards containing the updated details of new examination centres will be issued soon. Candidates will be communicated accordingly through official channels.
