The Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force (BSF), has released an urgent notice regarding the rescheduling of the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment of ASI (Steno/Combatant Steno) and HC (Min/Combatant Min) in CAPFs and Assam Rifles Exam-2024.
What has changed?
Due to unforeseen technical issues at the examination centers, the authorities have decided to reschedule the exams that were originally slated for the 2nd and 3rd of September 2026 at specific venues in Jaipur.
Details of the Rescheduled Exams:
- Original Dates: 2nd September 2026 (Shifts 1, 2, 3) and 3rd September 2026 (1st Shift).
- Affected Centers: iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 1 and iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 2, Jaipur.
- New Date: The examinations for these specific shifts have been rescheduled to 18th September 2026.
Information regarding 3rd Sept (2nd Shift):
Please note that there is no change in the date for the CBT exam scheduled for 3rd September 2026 (2nd Shift, 01:00 PM – 02:40 PM). However, the examination centre has been changed. Candidates affected by this change must report to the new venue: Jaipur Engineering College, SP-43, RIICO Industrial Area, Delhi Road, Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302028.
Next Steps for Candidates:
The BSF will issue revised admit cards containing the updated details and examination center information shortly. All affected candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the official website for further communication. Ensure that you download your fresh admit card as the previous one will not be valid for the rescheduled examination.
