The Border Security Force (BSF), Directorate General (Recruitment Branch), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has issued an official notification regarding the rescheduling of the Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI Steno / Combatant Steno) and Head Constable (HC Min / Combatant Min) in CAPFs and Assam Rifles Exam 2024.

Rescheduled CBT Exam Dates Details
Due to unforeseen technical issues faced at the Sitapura examination centres in Jaipur, the conducting agency has postponed the CBT exam for specific shifts and rescheduled them as follows:
- Affected Dates & Shifts: 2nd September (Shift 1, 2, and 3) & 3rd September (1st Shift)
- Affected Venue: iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 1 and iON Digital Zone Idz Sitapura 2, Jaipur
- New Rescheduled Date: 18th September 2026
Examination Centre Change for 3rd September (2nd Shift)
For candidates scheduled to appear in the 2nd Shift (01:00 PM to 02:40 PM) on 3rd September 2026, there is NO change in date, but the examination venue has been changed. The updated venue details are:
- New Venue Address: Jaipur Engineering College, SP-43, RIICO Industrial Area, Delhi Road, Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302028.
CAPF ASI Steno / HC Min Revised Admit Card 2024
The official authority has confirmed that revised admit cards containing updated exam centre details and shift timings will be issued soon on the recruitment portal. All affected candidates will also receive updates via SMS/Email. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official BSF recruitment portal regularly to download their fresh admit card.

- Visit the official BSF Recruitment website:
rectt.bsf.gov.in. - Click on the candidate login link or the link for 'CAPF ASI Steno & HC Min Revised Admit Card'.
- Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth.
- Submit to view your updated admit card.
- Download and print a hard copy to take to the examination centre.
