Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow has issued an official notice regarding the rescheduling of the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the recruitment of UP Home Guards 2025-2026. Due to continuous rainfall across various districts in Uttar Pradesh, the board has revised the physical test schedule to ensure candidate safety, security, and smooth conduct of the exam process.

Reason for Physical Test Schedule Change
As per official notification notice issued under the signature of Satyarth Aniruddha Pankaj, Additional Secretary (Recruitment) / Controller of Examinations, heavy rain has been continuing across the state. In order to ensure safety, convenience, and fairness for all candidates, the Physical Efficiency Test originally scheduled from 08-09-2026 across PAC Battalions and Reserve Police Lines has been amended.
The revised physical efficiency test will now be conducted starting from 14 September 2026 (14-09-2026).
Important Instructions Regarding Revised Admit Card
- Release of Revised Admit Card: The updated admit cards for PET will be published on 07 September 2026 on the official board website (https://uppbpb.gov.in).
- Old Admit Cards Invalid: Admit cards issued prior to the revision will NOT be valid for entry into the physical test ground. Candidates must download and print the revised admit card.
- Reporting at Venue: Candidates must report strictly on the revised date and time specified in their updated admit card at the designated center.
- Official Verification: Candidates are advised to keep checking the official portal regularly for further updates.

- Click on the link titled "Notice: Download Revised PET Admit Card for UP Home Guard 2025-2026".
- Enter your Registration ID / Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Submit details to display your revised hall ticket.
- Download and take a clear printout to carry to the test center.
