The Uttar Pradesh government's upcoming Primary Teacher (PRT) recruitment for the 2026 cycle has released the list of mandatory documents that candidates need to keep ready before filling the online application form. This update is crucial for all aspirants as missing or incorrect documents can lead to rejection of the application at any stage of the recruitment process.

As per the latest shared details, candidates must prepare soft copies of the following documents in advance:

• Academic Marksheets: 10th class marksheet, 12th class marksheet, Graduation marksheet, and Post Graduation marksheet (only if applicable).
• Teaching Eligibility Certificates: Valid UPTET Certificate and D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) Certificate. Candidates who do not have the original D.El.Ed certificate can upload the marksheet as a valid alternative.
• Identity and Personal Documents: Recent passport size photograph, live photo (for biometric verification), Aadhaar Card, and Caste Certificate/EWS Certificate (for candidates belonging to reserved categories).
• Other Mandatory Documents: Scanned copy of the ₹1000 application fee payment receipt, and a signed declaration form as per the official format.

Special advisory for 2023 batch candidates: It is recommended to fill the application form only after 25th of the month, as there is a high probability that the D.El.Ed certificates will be updated on DigiLocker by that time, making it easier to upload the document directly from the portal.

Authorities have also warned candidates to fill the application form with extreme caution, as even a minor error in the form can lead to disqualification from the recruitment process. Candidates are advised to cross-verify all the details filled in the application form before final submission.

All aspirants are requested to keep all the listed soft copies ready in the required format (usually JPG/PNG/PDF) and within the specified file size limit to avoid any technical issues during the form filling process.
