UP PRT 2026 Required Documents: Complete List for Application Form
The Uttar Pradesh Primary Teacher (UP PRT) 2026 recruitment is one of the most awaited Sarkari job notifications for teaching aspirants in the state. While the official notification detailing post vacancies, eligibility criteria, and application dates is yet to be released by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB), a comprehensive list of mandatory documents required for the application form has been shared for the benefit of candidates.
Aspirants are advised to keep soft copies of all the below-mentioned documents ready in the required format (usually PDF or JPG) before the application window opens, to avoid last-minute hassles and potential form rejection due to missing documents:
- 10th Class Marksheet
- 12th Class Marksheet
- Graduation Marksheet
- Post Graduation Marksheet (only if the candidate has completed PG)
- Valid UPTET Certificate
- D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) Certificate. Note: If the certificate is not yet available, candidates can upload the D.El.Ed marksheet as a temporary document.
- Recent Passport Size Photograph
- Live Photograph (as per the specifications mentioned in the notification)
- Aadhaar Card (or any other valid government ID proof)
- Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates) or EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate (for EWS category candidates)
- Application fee of ₹1000 (to be paid online via debit/credit card, net banking or UPI)
- Self-declaration form (as per the format specified in the official notification)
Additionally, a special tip has been shared for candidates belonging to the 2023 batch: it is advised to fill the application form after 25th of the month, as there are high chances that their D.El.Ed certificate will be updated on DigiLocker by that time, eliminating the need to upload the temporary marksheet.
Authorities have also cautioned candidates to fill the application form very carefully, as even a minor error in the entered details or uploaded documents can lead to the rejection of the form. Candidates are requested to cross-verify all the details before final submission.
It is recommended that aspirants regularly check the official UPSESSB website for the official notification, application dates, and other important updates related to UP PRT 2026 recruitment to stay updated with the latest information.
