UPSC CSE के तहत भर्ती होने वाले सभी 23 Posts को दो Categories (Group A और Group B) में बांटा गया है:

Group A Services

UPSC Posts Salary & Pay Scale

UPSC Civil Services के अधिकारियों की Basic Salary 7th Pay Commission के अनुसार तय होती है:

• Starting Basic Salary: Rs. 56,100 per month (Pay Level 10)
• Highest Salary (Cabinet Secretary): Rs. 2,50,000 per month (Pay Level 18)
• इसके साथ ही अधिकारियों को Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA) और सरकारी गाड़ी व बंगला जैसी सुविधाएं मिलती हैं।

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidate के पास किसी भी Recognized University से Graduation Degree होनी चाहिए। Final Year के Students भी इसके लिए Eligible हैं।
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years और Maximum 32 years (General Category के लिए)। Reserved categories (OBC, SC, ST) को सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार Age Relaxation मिलेगी।

Selection Process

UPSC CSE Selection Process में तीन मुख्य Stages होते हैं:

1. Preliminary Exam (Prelims): Objective Type paper (Qualifying in nature).
2. Main Exam (Mains): Written Descriptive papers (9 Papers).
3. Personality Test (Interview): Final stage interview.
